ClusterOnFunction: (<U>(event: U, listener: IClusterEvents[U]) => void)

A function that can be used to listen for events on a cluster.

- Allows listening to events published on the cluster.
  Type Parameters
  - U extends keyof IClusterEvents
    Any of the events defined in IClusterEvents.
  Parameters
  - event: U
    One of the events defined in IClusterEvents.
  - listener: IClusterEvents[U]
    The callback when the event is received. Listeners' payload are defined in IClusterEvents.
  Returns void
